About Us - Working with
ORIENTATION HRPlus
Ravi Padmanabhan established ORIENTATION HRPlus in 2005,
after acquiring 20 years of experience with MNC,
including 11 years in corporate HR management. He was
responsible for a workforce of 2,000 employees and 100
managers in a four-nation area when he decided to pursue
the dream of establishing his own firm.
Being open, flexible and down-to-earth allows us to
develop and maintain close working relationships with
our clients. We strive at all times to achieve the
rapport with internal staff that will promote a true
partnership approach.
We adopt a systematic and straightforward approach with
every assignment of work we undertake. The effectiveness
of our systematic and results-focused approach is
