STRESS, a raw, human, emotion. Completely normal and usually healthy, with short-term people who experience anger or indignation have a sense of control and optimism within themselves. But when it gets out of control, you find yourself hurting the ones around you; the ones would love you and even, yourself. You find yourself a victim of your own emotions. The Anger Management Workshop is designed to help those with issues find the peace and closure in their lives. Be part of a caring group of individuals, like you, that have fallen victim to the destructive power that is anger. Recover together as you help those individuals heal as they help you get better as well. Enroll today and take the first step in revival.
 

Duration
One Day Workshop, 10am- 5pm with 1 hour lunch break, at your premises or at our training centre.
